And this training is often focused on addressing gaps in a healthcare assistant’s knowledge, with an eye to the future and how the needs and concerns of older adults are changing.               

In this episode we talk about how aged care environments and the policies that shape them affect health care assistants, how we can best prepare for a rapidly changing industry and a lot more.
