Joining us is friend of the show and co-host of our Friday Who Cares show, Daniella Greenwood. Daniella has worked extensively in the space of consistent assignment for the last 10 years after developing and implementing the model with Arcare in 2012.

She now consults with other aged care providers on why it’s a more humane and dignified model for residents, that has significant operational and financial benefits for providers.
