An ACE Christmas with... Food

We’re doing something a little bit different throughout the month of December. To get ourselves in the holiday spirit or Christmas mood we’re presenting a few short, conversations over the next few weeks about this special time of year.

Each episode will focus on a different element, and today’s episode is all about food. Before we get to the food coma on Christmas Day there’s work to be done behind the scenes preparing meals, especially for people receiving care.

Our guest is Sam Bridgewater from Pure Food Co, who help care providers deliver nutritious and appropriate meals for people with diverse care needs. It’s a quick, fun conversation that will hopefully whet your appetite, yes pun intended, for all the delicious food at Christmas.
